Thirty days. Open the box.

Any box of patches bought directly from us at glowguru.co.za, for thirty days from the day it was delivered. Used, half-used, or still sealed — it makes no difference to us.

If you bought more than one box of the same patch, the guarantee covers one of them. You can claim the guarantee on each of the five formulations separately, because trying a different patch is a different decision.

The price you paid for the box — R299, or the per-box price if it was part of a multi-box order. Delivery is not refunded: the courier has already done that work, and pretending otherwise just puts the price of every box up.

If your order qualified for a free box through the multi-box deal, the refund is recalculated at the price you actually paid per box, so the maths stays honest in both directions.

Email hello@glowguru.co.za with your order number — it starts with GG- — and the words “guarantee”. That is the whole process. No form, no phone call, no interrogation about whether you used it.

We will not normally ask you to post the box back. Returning a half-used box of patches costs more than the patch is worth, and we would rather spend that on the next formulation.

We approve guarantees within one business day and refund through Paystack, back to the card you paid with. It usually appears within three business days; card issuers can take up to ten. You will get an email when the refund is issued, not just when it lands.

Reactions, allergies and interactions are medical, not commercial. If a patch irritates your skin, stop using it and tell us — we will refund that box under this guarantee and pass the batch number to the manufacturer. But we can't refund a decision to ignore a doctor's advice, and supplements are not medicines.

Orders from resellers, markets or anywhere other than glowguru.co.za carry whatever guarantee that seller offers, not this one.
